Return Policy

We stand behind our IWLT products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We'll do our best to take care of U, and our goal is to provide excellent skin care products for U to enjoy and feel your best.

  Return and Refund Policy:  

- U.S. Returns + Exchanges Policy:  

   - Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order placement.

   - Shipping fees will not be refunded.

   - Pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided for U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Change of Heart Return Policy:


If the reason for return is a change of heart, and the IWLT product is free from defects, please adhere to the following conditions:

- The product must remain unused.

- It should be returned in its original packaging.

- The item must be in the same condition as it was when initially received.

- Please note that a restocking of 15% will be applied

 

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

   - To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@iwoke.co and provide your Order Number and shipping Zip Code.

   - One exchange is allowed on the original order.

 

International Returns + Exchanges:  

   - Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not offered on orders shipped outside the U.S.

Preorders:

Pre-order means that you order and pay now and receive your order in a few weeks, usually 2-4 weeks. We ship pre-orders on a first come first served bases. We update you via email with the latest information and estimate delivery dates. We appreciate your patience. If in any case, you wish to cancel 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Final Sales and Gift Cards: Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
