We stand behind our IWLT products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We'll do our best to take care of U, and our goal is to provide excellent skin care products for U to enjoy and feel your best.

Shipping Policy 

 

Processing Time:  

   - Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

 

Delivery Times:  

  - Upon placing your order, our processing and packing time generally takes 1-3 business days. Shipping durations vary based on location:

  - For orders within the U.S. (48 contiguous states), shipping generally takes 3-5 business days.

  - Within the 48 contiguous states, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

  - Outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii), shipping may extend to 6-8 business days.

- Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands experience a shipping period of 12-14 business days.

- Deliveries to PO Boxes typically take 6-8 business days.

- APO, FPO, and U.S Territories may experience an extended shipping period of approximately 45 days. Please note that these are estimated times and are subject to our Terms of Service.

 

Express and Standard Shipping:  

   - Canada: 3-4 Business Days (Express), 12-14 Business Days (Standard)

   - Europe: 7-9 Business Days (Express), 11-13 Business Days (Standard)

   - Italy, Spain: 11-13 Business Days (Standard)

   - UK: 7-9 Business Days (Express), 11-13 Business Days (Standard)

 

Expedited Shipping Processing Times:  

   - If you choose expedited or overnight shipping, orders typically ship the same day if placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday - Friday.

   - Orders placed after that time or on weekends may be processed on the next business day.

   - Note: High-order volume periods may experience delays in overall processing times.

 

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Shipping:  

   - We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

   - Deliveries to PO Boxes ship by Standard method only and may take up to 8 business days.

   - Pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided for U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses

-While we strive to meet delivery timelines, external factors such as customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
